Salsa de tomàquets xerri

Ingredients

 
  • 1 Kg de tomàquets xerri
  • 1 ceba gran a rodanxes
  • 2 grans d'all sencers i pelats
  • 4 cullerades d'oli d'oliva
  • 1 cullerada de flocs de bitxo vermell
  • 1 cullerada de vinagre balsàmic
  • 100 g d'ametlles torrades laminades
  • 1/2 culleradeta de sal
  • 1/2 culleradeta de pebre negre
  • 1 grapat de fulles d'alfàbrega trencades

Procés d'elaboració

 
  1. Escalfar el forn a 200º C
  2. Posar tots els ingredients, menys l'alfàbrega, en una safata de forn
  3. Coure durant 40 minuts
  4. Afegir l'alfàbrega i remenar
